Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Multiple box shipments will sometimes arrive a day or two apart, please allow ample time for your shipment to arrive before calling us to report the package missing.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Note: Please keep in mind that all our candles are hand made and most items are made as soon as we receive your order to ensure you receive the finest candles. 

 

Missing Items and Returns:

We hope that your order meets or exceeds your expectations!

If you are not satisfied, please return your items within 5 days of purchase. We will address your concerns and provide a full refund.

Items must be returned in original condition for resale. You do not need a return authorization number to return a product, just simply include a copy of your invoice with the return products and a small explanation for the return. We truly appreciate your feedback so that we can continue to improve our service to you.

Please pack all returns well and insure your box because damaged items cannot be credited.

Missing or Damaged Goods: 

Each shipment is packed with love and care keeping in mind that the order could probably be drop or kicked, but in the rare event that your order does not endure the extreme shipping and your product is damaged please either refuse the shipment or sign for it as "damaged" and contact us immediately to start a claim. Please retain all boxes and packing material at least 15 days for inspection by the carrier. Claims for missing or damaged goods must be placed within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days of order receipt we will conclude that your order was satisfactory and no claims, refunds or exchanges on missing or damaged items will be accepted.
